1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HiCue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

HiCue provides personalized dating and social interaction advice using artificial intelligence. The app is designed for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional relationship advice. HiCue may change, update, or discontinue certain features at any time without notice.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HiCue. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use HiCue to request or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the app to engage in any activity that promotes or facilitates illegal activities.

5. Content Moderation

HiCue employs content moderation systems to prevent the generation of harmful or illegal content. We reserve the right to filter, modify, or block any requests that violate our content policies. Repeated violations may result in termination of your access to the app.

6. Subscription and Billing

HiCue offers subscription services with different features and usage limits. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions through your App Store account settings. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your Apple ID. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

HiCue and its creators are not responsible for any actions taken based on the advice provided by the app. The app provides suggestions for entertainment purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes in social or dating situations. In no event shall Brainless Robot LLC, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of HiCue.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to HiCue at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content

Users may not use HiCue to request or generate content related to: illegal activities, violence or threats, hate speech or discrimination, harassment or bullying, self-harm or suicide, explicit sexual content, content involving minors in any inappropriate context, and promotion of dangerous activities.

2. Content Moderation Process

HiCue employs a multi-layered content moderation system that includes client-side filtering, OpenAI's Moderation API, and system prompt guardrails. Both user inputs and AI-generated outputs are subject to moderation. HiCue is not liable for content that bypasses moderation systems but makes reasonable efforts to prevent misuse.

3. Consequences of Violations

If you attempt to generate prohibited content, your request will be blocked and you will receive an explanation. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the app.

4. Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you encounter any inappropriate content that has bypassed our moderation systems, please use the 'Report Inappropriate Content' feature in the app. All reports are reviewed by our team.

5. Appeals

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or blocked, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with details of the incident.

6. Updates to Content Policy

We may update our Content Policy from time to time to address new types of prohibited content or improve our moderation processes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
